Getting Error "Device is either disconnected or needs to be upgraded"

I have connected the device, at first it was running fine now it is showing the device is disconnected, I tried reinstalling the bot agent but it didn't work. Can someone help me with the solution?

    Hi Imroz, please restart the service "Automation Anywhere Bot Agent" and try again.

    Hi Arjun,
    I tried but it didn't work, I am also trying to export the Bot and import the Same bot into community addition so that I can make a video and submit the hackathon, But when I try to download the zip file it is showing "An unexpected problem occurred If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator." Can you please help me out to download the Bot so that I can make a video for submission
